MidUral Group consistently provides care for its long-service employee. At the moment of retirement, a single allowance is paid, its amount depends on the length of service; organisations of war and labour veterans are provided with subsidised sanatoria and holiday-homes vouchers and financial assistance. Long-service employees and labour veterans take an active part in the operations of the Companies' Veteran Council, participate in corporate events and are engaged in youth outreach.
